We stand behind the quality of our Luxxe White supplements and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unopened and sealed in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplement bottles or capsules (once the safety seal is broken)
- Products past their expiration date
- Bundle deals or promotional packages (partial returns not accepted)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive:
- Damaged or defective products

- Products with broken safety seals
Contact us within 48 hours at info@luxxewhiteproducts.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
To exchange a product for a different variant (such as switching from Luxxe White Ultima to Luxxe White Slim), we recommend:
- Returning the unopened item for a refund
- Placing a new order for your preferred product
This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your desired supplements.
International Returns
Philippines Orders
- Returns must be shipped to our local facility
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
International Orders (Including EU)
- European Union customers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery date
- International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll email you confirmation of receipt within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Funds will be credited to your original payment method
- Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Bundle and Promotion Returns
- Bundle deals (e.g., "Buy 3 Get 2 Free") must be returned in full
- Partial returns from bundle purchases will be refunded at the individual product price, not the promotional price
- Free items must be returned along with purchased items
